CARRIAGE TERMS

Thank you for shopping at Opheso LLC. These Shipping Terms are designed to clearly outline the scope of our product delivery, shipping fee calculation methods, shipping procedures, and related responsibilities. Please read the following content carefully before placing an order; by completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have understood and agree to be bound by these Shipping Terms.

  1. Delivery Area
    Opheso LLC currently supports shipping only within the United States.
  2. Shipping Fees
    Calculation: At checkout, our system will automatically calculate and display the shipping fee based on your selected shipping method, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the zip code of the delivery address.
    Additional Charges: The shipping fee covers courier delivery costs only; it does not include potential customs duties, taxes (unless otherwise specified), or additional storage fees, forwarding fees, etc., incurred due to reasons attributable to the recipient.
  3. Order Processing Time
    Processing Cycle: Once payment for an order has been successfully confirmed, we typically require 1–2 business days to pick, inspect, and pack the items (excluding holidays).
    Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
    Order Changes: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via support@opheso.com or by phone at (351) 212-8027. If the order has already entered the shipping process, we may be unable to accommodate your request for changes.
  4. Shipping and Tracking
    Carriers: We partner with several reputable domestic U.S. shipping carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.); the specific carrier is automatically assigned by our system based on the delivery address and order details.
    Shipping Notification: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time shipping status on the carrier’s official website.
    Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from the date of shipment (delivery to remote areas may take longer). Please note that delivery times are subject to external factors beyond our control—such as holidays, weather conditions, and other force majeure events—and Opheso LLC cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
  5. Receipt and Signature
    Inspection Upon Receipt: When receiving your package, please ensure you inspect the outer packaging in person to verify that it is intact. If you observe any anomalies—such as obvious damage, deformation caused by compression, or water damage—we recommend refusing the package and immediately contacting our customer support team at support@opheso.com.
    Receipt by Third Parties: If the package is accepted on your behalf by property management, a neighbor, or a family member, the act of signing for it is deemed as your preliminary acknowledgment of the product’s physical condition and quantity.
    Failure to Receive Package: If the shipping status indicates that the package has been signed for, yet you have not received it, please first check with other household members or your property management to verify its whereabouts. If the package remains unlocated, please immediately contact the carrier’s customer service department and simultaneously notify the Opheso LLC customer support team; we will assist you with the subsequent investigation.
  6. Shipping Risks and Liabilities
    Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of the products, as well as the risk of loss or damage, transfers to you once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Although Opheso LLC makes every effort to ensure that products are shipped securely, the carrier bears the responsibility for any delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit. We will provide our full assistance in facilitating communication and claims between you and the carrier.
    Incorrect Address: You shall bear full responsibility and liability for any undeliverable packages, return shipments, or additional shipping fees incurred as a result of an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided by you.
  7. Shipping Policy Updates
    Opheso LLC reserves the right to modify these shipping terms and conditions at any time. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon their publication on this page. We recommend that you review this page prior to placing each order to stay informed of our latest shipping policies.
