Opheso LLC offers flexible return services to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Product Condition: To provide you with maximum convenience, we accept returns for both opened and unopened products. However, returned items must meet the following conditions:
They must be undamaged, unused (not installed), and free of obvious signs of wear or scratches;
All original accessories, instruction manuals, and promotional gifts (if applicable) must be returned along with the item;
We recommend using the original packaging box to securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit. - Return Address
Please ensure that you ship your returned items to the following address. Packages returned directly without prior confirmation from customer service may be refused; we recommend that you wait to ship your return until you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please strictly follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service for Authorization
Please contact our customer service team via support@opheso.com and provide the following information:
Order Number
Name and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
If the product is defective or damaged, please attach relevant photos or videos
Step 2: Wait for Review and Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you the following via email:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number—please clearly mark this number on the exterior of your return package;
Confirmation of the return shipping address;
Important return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.
It is essential that you write the RMA number on the outside of the package; failure to do so may prevent our warehouse from identifying your return, resulting in delays in processing your refund. We recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method for the return and retain the shipping receipt until the refund is fully processed. Opheso LLC assumes no liability for packages lost or damaged during transit.
Step 4: Quality Inspection and Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, we will conduct a quality inspection. Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will proceed with processing your refund. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variation of the same model (e.g., a different color or size), or if the item has a quality defect requiring a replacement, please proceed as follows:
Exchanges Due to Quality Issues: If an exchange is required due to a product defect (excluding human-induced damage), please first contact our Customer Service team at support@opheso.com and provide supporting evidence. Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement of the same item and cover all shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.
Exchanges Due to Personal Reasons: If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g., a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the color, etc.), we recommend that you follow the standard return procedure to obtain a refund first, and then place a new order for the item you desire. This ensures that you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Stock Availability: In the event that the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for a restock or receive a full refund. - Refund Processing Timeline
Opheso LLC is committed to processing every refund efficiently. The specific timelines are as follows:
Quality Inspection Period: Once we receive the returned item(s), it typically takes 3–5 business days to complete the quality inspection.
Refund Initiation: Provided the quality inspection is successful, we will initiate the refund process within 1–2 business days.
Time to Receipt of Funds:
Credit/Debit Cards: Once the refund is initiated, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your card (this timeframe depends on the processing cycle of your card-issuing bank).
PayPal/Other Electronic Payment Methods: Once the refund is initiated, it typically takes 1–3 business days for the funds to be returned to your original account. - Shipping Cost Policy
Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues (e.g., product defects, incorrect items shipped, transit damage, etc.): Please contact our Customer Service team for verification. Once the issue is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs (please consult Customer Service for specific reimbursement methods). Returns Due to Personal Reasons (e.g., opened but unsatisfied, change of mind, incorrect size, etc.): You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The original shipping fees for the order are non-refundable.
Original Shipping Fees: Regardless of the reason for the return, the original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is necessitated by an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item). - Non-Returnable Items/Situations
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
